Reservation and Cancellation Policy (up to 9 people)

To make a reservation, we require your name, phone number, and, if applicable, your address or email address.
A reservation becomes binding for both parties once we confirm it verbally, by phone, or in writing.
Reserved tables will be reassigned if guests do not show up within 15 minutes of the reserved time.
Cancellations or changes to your table reservation are free of charge up to 2 hours before the reservation time. For cancellations made later, no-shows, or changes in the number of guests, we reserve the right to charge €60.00 per person.

The Fine Print for Group Reservations (from 10 people)

Seating in the outdoor area is only possible for up to 8 people. For groups of 9 or more, we will prepare one or, depending on the group size, multiple tables inside the restaurant.
We kindly ask you to confirm the guaranteed number of guests at least 48 hours before the event. This number will serve as the basis for billing.
Additional on-site orders will be charged separately.
To secure the reservation and for our assurance, we require a valid credit card number with an expiration date and security code.
For a minimum consumption of €6,000.00, you can reserve the restaurant exclusively.
For groups of 35 or more, only exclusive bookings are possible.
Please note that from 11:30 PM onwards, we charge an overtime fee of €60 per hour (or part thereof) for staff.
Billing will take place on the evening of your visit. We kindly request payment in cash or by credit card. To ensure smooth processing, other payment methods are only possible with prior agreement.
Reselling our services at an increased price is not permitted.
All prices are in euros, including VAT. ef16 Restaurant reserves the right to request a deposit.

Cancellation Conditions

For table reservations up to 9 people: Free cancellation or changes are possible up to 2 hours before the reservation time.
For group reservations of 10 to 19 people: Free cancellation or changes are possible up to 48 hours before the reservation time.
For group reservations of 20 to 34 people: Free cancellation or changes are possible up to 14 days before the reservation time.
For group reservations of 35 or more people: Free cancellation or changes are possible up to 28 days before the reservation time.
For later cancellations, no-shows, or changes in the number of guests, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the agreed menu price per person. For à la carte, €45.00 per person excluding cover charge, service, and taxes.

Reservations can be canceled free of charge until December 16.
After this date, a 50% cancellation fee of the menu price will apply.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation or in case of a no-show, the full menu price will be charged.
