​

The Fine Print

• Bringing food and beverages is not permitted.

• Our staff will gladly inform you about allergens and intolerances.

• Begging, peddling, and the sale of newspapers, flowers, etc., are prohibited.

• In case of emergency, follow the instructions of our staff.

• Seating arrangements are handled exclusively by the restaurant staff.

• There is no entitlement to a specific table.

• Visibly intoxicated guests will not be admitted.

• The use of restrooms is exclusively for our guests.

• Reserved tables will be reassigned after 15 minutes of no-show.
   

Group Reservations (8 or More People)

• Seating in the garden is only possible for up to 8 people. For groups of 9 or more, we will prepare one or more tables inside the restaurant depending on group size.

• Please confirm the guaranteed number of guests at least 48 hours before the event. This will serve as the billing basis.

• Additional orders on-site will be charged separately.

• To secure your reservation, we require a valid credit card number with expiration date and security code.

• The restaurant can be reserved exclusively with a minimum consumption of €6,000.

• For groups of 35 or more, only exclusive bookings are possible.

• Please note that from 11:30 PM, an overtime fee of €60 per hour (or part thereof) will be charged for staff.

• Billing will take place on the evening of your visit. We accept payment in cash or by credit card. Alternative payment methods are only possible with prior arrangement.

• Resale of our services at a higher price is not permitted.

• All prices are in Euros, gross (including VAT, excluding 10% service charge). ef16 Restaurant reserves the right to request a deposit.
   

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation or changes to reservations for up to 9 people are free of charge up to 2 hours before the reservation time.

• Cancellation or changes for group reservations of 10 to 18 people are free of charge up to 48 hours before the reservation time.

• Cancellation or changes for group reservations of 19 to 34 people are free of charge up to 14 days before the reservation time.

• Cancellation or changes for group reservations of 35 or more people are free of charge up to 28 days before the reservation time.

• For late cancellations, no-shows, or changes in the number of people, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the agreed menu price per person. A la carte: €45.00/person.
   

Liability

• The client is liable for losses or damage to furniture or other furnishings caused by their guests, as well as for any damages they cause themselves. This also applies to severe soiling that requires special cleaning.

• The restaurant is only liable for loss or damage to items brought in by guests if it is due to the restaurant's own fault.

• Minors under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult.

• Parents are responsible for their children.

• The restaurant is not liable for items left in the cloakroom.

• By entering our establishment and garden area, every guest agrees to these house rules.
